These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the YOTU Invoices platform, an electronic invoicing software designed for professionals in the construction and renovation sector, compatible with the VeriFactu regulations of the Spanish Tax Agency.

Use of the platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of all conditions included in these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

3. Service Description

YOTU Invoices offers the following functionalities:

• Creation and management of electronic invoices compliant with VeriFactu regulations
• Professional budget preparation
• Client and supplier management
• Expense and income tracking
• Automatic invoice submission to the Tax Agency
• Generation of fiscal and accounting reports
• Secure document storage

4. Registration and User Account

To use YOTU Invoices, the user must create an account providing accurate and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials
• All activities carried out from their account
• Immediately notifying any unauthorized use
• Keeping their fiscal and contact data up to date

5. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

• Use the platform in accordance with the law and these Terms
• Provide accurate and complete fiscal information
• Not use the service for illicit or fraudulent activities
• Not attempt to access systems or data of other users
• Comply with their fiscal and tax obligations

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights over the platform, including source code, design, logos, trademarks, and content, belong to NEXUSVIBE SL or its licensors. The user does not acquire any ownership rights over the platform beyond the right of use in accordance with these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

NEXUSVIBE SL shall not be liable for:

• Errors in data entered by the user
• Fiscal non-compliance arising from incorrect use of the platform
• Service interruptions due to causes beyond its control
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service

8. Modifications

NEXUSVIBE SL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified to users with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the modifications.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of the platform, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
